I can't believe that it's the first of September! I've told myself that I will stop smoking during this month and to seriously start looking after myself! I did a bit of food shopping today and this is what I bought..

All from Marks and Spencer's.. this Apple, Asparagus and lemon juice is delicious! I bought 2 vanilla yogurts and a falafal, houmous and wheat salad! some super veg soup and a peanut and oat bar! YUM!
